Manufacturer #: 11401 This is Omcan’s .5HP Cheese Grater without microswitch (Model FGM111). Its on the smaller and more economical side of Omcan’s cheese grater line of FGM and FGS series cheese graters by motor power. This outstanding .5HP grater will make easy work of smaller commercial grating jobs or all home use jobs, grating all hard breads and cheeses. Its really ideal for grating all types of hard cheeses and breads for smaller sized jobs and businesses. The FGM and FGS models feature cast iron grating drums, stainless steel basins and hoppers. This is one of the Omcan cheese graters that does not have a microswitch. At 16lbs it will easily fit on your counter top. Its an ideal tool at .5HP and a very economical option to get your smaller commercial or home use hard cheese and bread grating jobs done.
