Manufacturer #: 10917 This is Omcan’s 5 liter universal bowl cutter (Model QS505A), the larger of Omcan’s two QS Series Bowl Cutters. With a huge 1.9 HP motor, it was designed for high performance and efficiency in a wide variety of commercial cutting and pureeing applications. It comes with complete safety inter-locks. At 85.8 lbs and of modest size, it will easily fit on your counter top. It efficiently works at 1400rpms. At great value for the money and a very powerful cutting and pureeing machine for your kitchen.
